Description

Approach by Car: Follow the A86 and park in the lay-by TL of the canyon (17 miles from Laggan. Parking co-ordinates (56.903520, -4.629350) Approach by foot: From the lay-by walk to the bridge then join the path that leads you towards the start of the canyon. Canyon entry: Leave the path at the 330m Contour and enter the river. Canyon descent: Lots of slides, the upper section is easier to escape than the lower section. Exit: Exit the canyon at the road bridge. Escapes: Escapes almost always possible, refer to topo for more information. First Decent: (Unknown)

Canyon Experience :

Great canyon, tons of slides and some jumps into the bigger pools. Abseiled off the wrong point (into the flow) on the 2nd last pitch & had an interesting time of it, not recommended

This canyon is epic! Rockfall issues are all gone. Love the sliding. High flow trip! Big aquatic! Jay got the rope stuck, but climbed back up and fixed it. Thanks Jay!

Suuuper fun canyon! Absolutely loved going down it! Lots of slides and little jumps. The main drop anchors and fixed ropes when we went down were all in good shape! Highly recommend!
