~7 pitches. Main falls is a multi-pitch rebelay
that narrows and is punchy in regular levels. In Cairngorm National Park. Encased from
get-in to exit. Farily large catchment. Best done as a multi-day trip staying in Ruigh
Aiteachain bothy. As seen in Find Mòr film.

Safe levels: Aquatic abseils in regular levels, wouldn’t recommend in higher flows. Highest pitch: ~40m rebelay
Description
Approach: Follow trail from car park,
~14km up the glen to bottom of the canyon then hike
up river left. Trail passes the bothy about half way along for an overnight/break. A few river
crossings on the trail that could be tricky in spate. Could potentially be done car to car in a
single day if cycling.
Get-in: Here. Enter above main falls where it flattens out.
Exit: At the bottom only
