Description
Approach by Car: Drive into Ingleton town, view route below for reference to parking, be considerate and aim for one of the signposted car parks.
Approach by foot: From the car park head towards the Ingleton waterfalls trail, here you have two options, either go clockwise around the waterfalls trail which is longer but the managing company advise or take the shorter route by going anticlockwise. The shorter route may be difficult on busier days.
Canyon entry: Enter the canyon at the stepping stones.
Canyon descent: A great mix of abseils, jumps and slides. Lots of different challenges throughout, be aware of the water movements in this canyon before you commit to pools, some sections are inescapable and challenging in high water.
Exit: Shortly after Snow falls you will find a 2m slide this marks the end of the canyon and the start of the gorge walk. You can exit here and follow the track back to the car park.
Escapes: Possible however some sequences are committing.

Great little canyon. Think that the water rating (A5) is a little high for the canyon, was more around A3. Final 10m drop can be rigged out of the flow. Lots of jumps and cool slides. Amazing shuttle with 2 cars, barely any walking.
