Description
Parking either at the Drovers campsite or at the bottom where Viaduct Canyon parking is. From the Drovers side, follow the trail up the river, staying true left until reaching the flat area for entry. Alternatively, using parking for Viaduct Canyon, follow the forestry gravel track up as if heading to Viaduct, but instead of dropping down, continue up the track until you reach the flat section of the river. Lots of downclimbing and gorge scrambling throughout the canyon, with a handful of jumps, including one around 8 m that you can climb out of the canyon to reach. A 40m abseil about half way down, anchors on true left. Page Info - Galloway Canyoning

Canyon Experience :

Descend 30/10/25 team of 4 in low flow
Felt like a long approach for a fairly average canyon, with plenty of down-climbing and gorge scrambling, and some nice looking features along the way. A couple of good jumps pools are clear. the main 40 m feature being quite fun new natural anchor on true left.
Would be a fun option in high water.
