A clear, simple system specifically for aquatic canyons based on the elements and challenges most often presented.
Objective not Subjective
Each scenario is objective rather than subjective to prevent misinterpretation between users.
No optional elements
The ACGS grade is allocated based on the easiest option for descent. Unlike other grading systems, optional elements are not included.

Definitions that prevent grades from becoming distorted overseas.
